The DEDPoS and Visual Loyalty epos system "bundles" have been specifically designed for Epos Retail and Hospitality applications, each

bundle consists of products carefully selected to suit the environment they are intended for.

The DEDPoS epos systems come complete with all hardware, cables and installation CD's as well as paper rolls to get the system up and

running. The Visual Loyalty EPoS / customer loyalty system also comes complete with hardware, cables, installation CD's and blank cards

ready to be printed for the first customer.

T5-LPC Standalone Loyalty Card Solution

The T5-LPC is a simple, low cost "PC-Free" loyalty solution designed for

retaillers who want to introduce a loyalty scheme which can create loyalty cards

immediately with up-to-date user information and promotions.

The system consists of a Star TCP300 or Star TCP400 rewrite card printer and

the Terminal 5 Loyalty Program Controller (T5-LPC). The T5-LPC is a simple,

yet powerful terminal with 2 line LCD display and numeric touch panel.

The T5-LPC features a built-in web based management system which allows

you to configure all operational parameters of the loyalty scheme including

member types, card layouts, point values and promotion messages and then

run standalone without the need for a permanent TCP/IP connection. This

means that once setup the solution takes up very little counter space, an important factor in any EPOS environment.

Day-to-day operation is very straightforward, simply insert a card, enter the amount spent, select a promotion message

and the card is printed and updated with the new information. A transaction log is stored in the terminal which can be

easily exported to an external database for analysis and marketing purposes.

VisualLoyalty Customer Loyalty Scheme For Epos Systems

VisualLoyalty is a complete loyalty scheme for an epos system utilising the Star

TCP400 rewritable graphics card which can communicate visually with the

customer to show them details such as last points added, total points and

special promotions.

The total points on the loyalty card are shown in both numeric and graphical

forms which can be tailored to the loyalty scheme provider's own design. The

software has been designed to be easily be tailored to each user, with features

including:

* User-definable values for points awarded per £ spent

* Customised card layout. Select and position areas for point details, special promotions, scheme operator and

cardholder details

* Add logo to the software main screen

* Tailored graphics for points value - e.g. a wine bar can use a wine glass which fills as points are added or a garden

centre could use a flower which grows. These can be generated by the user or taken from a library of supplied image

sets

* Up to 5 user-definable special promotions are shown on the software's main screen which can be added to the card at

the operator's discretion at the click of a button. e.g. "free bottle of wine next visit" or "double points in June"

The member's details and transaction details are held in a Microsoft Access based database which can be used for

report and mailing label production using the systems own report/label generator.

The member's card number, current points and transaction details are also encrypted on to the ISO standard magnetic

stripe in a secure format which means the card could be used at multiple sites operating the same scheme. With the

transaction details held on the card, each site will always be able to view the current transaction details without the need

for complex modem dial-up and server systems.
