Customer Display Pole

Customer display range (Pole Displays) from DED offers a wide choice of different display types to suit a variety of customer applications.

The range includes vacuum fluorescent customer display which can be used as part of an EPoS system to show the customer on the pole

display the information relating to their purchase or simply to show promotional information when it is not in use.

Space-saving, adjustable and reliable, DED' series of customer displays will dramatically improve customer communication.

SCD 122U USB Customer Display Pole

A reliable and versatile customer display unit, the SCD122U from Star Micronics

offers large, clear and easy to read characters alongside features and benefits

for the PoS and Hospitality markets.

Offering high speed data transfer, the SCD122U is a USB powered customer

display offering a choice of support including a stand alone base and telescopic

pole, all supplied in one box. ESC/POS compatible, the SCD122U also supports

OPOS, all of which is included on the installation CD-ROM.

A sleek and modern pole, the SCD122U can be used as part of an EPoS

system to show the customer information relating to their purchase or simply to

show information when it is not in use, ideal for advertising special offers or

promotional messages.

The SCD122U display can be adjusted for angle and rotation, saving space where needed on counter tops. Also

featuring a 4 level adjustment using extension support pillars, the SCD122U is supplied complete with mounting bracket

and fixings. With a 2 line by 20 character fluorescent display tube with a wide viewing angle, the SCD122U is available in

both Star white and charcoal grey.

SCD-400 Customer Display Pole

The SCD-400 is a high quality customer display designed for a wide variety of

Point of Sale applications.

It features a 2 line by 20 character backlit vacuum fluorescent display making it

very clear and simple to read even in very bright conditions.

The interface is RS232C Serial with a pass-through function allowing connection

of the display plus a second Serial device (such as a receipt printer) on just one

port. Moving promotional messages and information can be programmed into

the customer display for when the Epos System is not in use.

The display can be adjusted for height, angle and rotation and is supplied

complete with a mounting bracket and fixings. It is available in both Star white and the new charcoal grey.

VFD-450 Customer Display Pole

The VFD-450 is a low cost customer display pole designed for a wide variety of

Point of Sale and Hospitality applications. It features a 2 line by 20 character

backlit vacuum fluorescent display making it very clear and simple to read by

the customer even in very bright conditions.

The interface is RS232C Serial with a pass-through function allowing connection

of the display plus a second Serial device (such as a pos receipt printer ) on just

one port. Moving promotional messages and information can be programmed

into the display for when the EPoS system is not in use. The VFD-450 customer

display features ESC/POS emulation which makes it simple to integrate into

most EPoS applications. The display can be adjusted for angle, height and

rotation and is supplied complete with interface cable and mains PSU. An

optional rear mounted LCD display for operator viewing is also available.
